How our Cialde Luna Wafer Cookie found its way to America.

A culinary friend of mine would make these very unique thin Italian wafers on an antique wafer iron every holiday season. At the time, there was only three known wafer irons in America so I replicated it with a local California foundry. Now we can make our own versions but, of course, all by hand.
